As an RD, CDE, I am a passionate health advocate experienced in counselling clients from all walks of life, in all phases & stages, and am equipped to support clients experiencing health, digestive or chronic disease management challenges. As the founder of The Real Deal RD and T1D Academy, my specialty includes both people with diabetes and those who help to care for them. While T1D Academy specializes in supporting newly diagnosed type 1 families and helping them to find their 'new normal', I welcome the opportunity to partner with people of all ages who are looking for nutrition, health and wellness support to reach health goals.
