Hi there. My name is Nicole Otto and I am a Registered Dietitian and have supported clients since 2013. Most of my work has centred around rebuilding a better relationship with food, improving health and developing better habits. Previously, I have worked in an intensive outpatient eating disorders service in Ontario and this has shaped my approach to nutrition. I help you to be curious about your relationship with food, move away from disordered eating and help you feel less stuck. We start with a comprehensive and individualized nutrition assessment where we get curious, explore, and breakdown your current relationship with food, food behaviours and health history. From here, we create a plan to help you take action and move forward. We meet for nutrition follow up sessions at your pace to help you experience progress and change.
