My journey to naturopathic medicine began in my 20s when I felt I had exhausted all conventional health options. Each day brought new challenges, and my body was constantly adapting. However, it wasn't until I focused on nourishing my body and establishing key health foundations (like sleep, diet, stress management, and exercise) that I started to see real improvement. Naturopathic medicine taught me how to live optimally. My personal experience and passion led me to become a Naturopathic Doctor.
