I am a Naturopathic Doctor & Birth Doula passionate about helping people feel their best. I have a particular focus on the perinatal period of a family's life, supporting families through fertility, pregnancy, childbirth and childhood. I have also worked with many women as they navigate the murky waters of menopause.
