In addition to being a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC). Past clients have told me I am caring, easy to talk to, a good listener, patient and non-judgmental. I have a weight-inclusive, non-diet, holistic approach and integrate intuitive eating, health at every size (HAES) and mindfulness philosophies.
