I already have over three years of experience. I have completed my post graduate practice experience and earned my CNS credential. Hi, my name is Rachel Dyal (she/her). I enjoy working with all clients as they navigate an eating disorder or disordered eating. Due to the four years I spent as an US Army Dietitian, I have experience supporting Service Members and Veterans as they navigate the immediate and long-term impact of the intense pressure and scrutiny military environments place on eating, movement, and physical appearance. I also support Service Members' loved ones as their eating and body image is often influenced by the military eating environment.

I am a registered dietitian who specializes in anorexia nervosa, binge eating disorder, bulimia, ARFID, orthorexia, and other specified feeding and eating disorders. I practice under the “Health At Every Size” (HAES) philosophy and understand that body size is not a determinant factor of health. By incorporating an “all foods fit” approach to eating, I work alongside my clients to understand and incorporate the benefits of a less restrictive, more inclusive and joyful approach to eating.

Katie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist that collaborates with all clients to create sustainable lifestyle changes that support their overall health and well-being. Food acts as fuel but also has the ability to cultivate memories, emotions and traditions. She believes that food should not only support someone’s physical health, but their social, emotional, and mental health as well. With an “all foods fit”, body positive approach, Katie focuses on identifying individual barriers and personal preferences as she works closely to establish confidence in clients reaching their unique goals.

I focus on clients looking to improve their performance in sports and feeling their best through nutrition. Together we will work to identify your primary goals and what the best course of action is to meet them! There is no right or wrong answer to nutrition counseling, so all 1:1 sessions are unique to fit each individuals concerns and needs.

Emmilia’s passion for integrative medicine and whole foods nutrition has evolved throughout her life and career. Like many of her clients, she grew up learning from various outlets that wellness should look and behave a certain way. After learning the transformative impact of integrative functional nutrition through her education at Bastyr University, and witnessing the shame, confusion, and damage that can come from a narrow approach to health through her work with patients, it has become clear to her that one-size does not fit all.

My name is Kiersten, although I go by Kiersti. I am a registered dietitian that values individuals and their holistic needs. My hope for each client is that their new healthy habits can become second nature and that I provide a warm and safe environment to bring up nutrition concerns free of judgement or weight stigma. I have a strong background in eating disorders and disordered eating. I am passionate about helping those with health concerns navigate their nutrition choices without a focus on weight loss. Whether you have an eating disorder or a new diabetes diagnosis, I would love to work with you.

My areas of specialty are obesity, pre-diabetes and diabetes. I can also assist in teaching the keto or ketogenic diet. My focus within my Master's in Nutrition was on a core specialty on obesity, and within that I specialized in diabetes. Let me help you to lose weight without hunger or special foods (just real foods!), and really enjoying your food. Also able to help with healthy diets for pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding (I am a former midwife). I am a former diabetic, now in remission. My training has taught me that remission is possible for many people with Type 2 diabetes.

Danielle is a registered dietitian, and as she would call it a 'food and body image therapist.' Specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, disordered eating, gastrointestinal disorders, IBS, intuitive eating, and general wellness. Liz Wyosnick MS, RDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Masters in Nutrition Science. I offer a non-dogmatic approach to health where recommendations are rooted in sustainability and science. I am particularly passionate about empowering individuals to live their life most well, in which healthy choices become what they want to do, versus what they have to do. I enjoy collaborating with my clients so that they receive thoughtful education around food, the body, and systems, as well as helpful insight within behavior change research.
