I am a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and Registered Dietitian. I am experienced in working with high-level adolescent and adult athletes, and recreational athletes of all ages and abilities. My past and current clients include top 10 NCAA recruits, Olympic Trials qualifiers, NFL players, and other professional athletes.

I like to take a holistic approach with nutrition so we can figure out what your body needs to be nourished from the inside out. No matter your goals, I will provide you with an individualized plan with evidence-based nutrition knowledge & tools to be confident in your choices! A healthy diet looks different for everyone, there is absolutely no "one size fits all" or some magical fad diet (I promise).

Elizabeth has extensive experience in academia, clinical nutrition, and one-on-one care. She strives to foster an environment where patients of all ages can explore their relationship with food in a supportive, individualized, and evidence-based manner. She has specific expertise at the intersection of mental health and chronic conditions, and she focuses on bringing the latest clinical research to her patients in a safe, thoughtful, and emotionally secure way.

I work with women who struggle with various hormone imbalances related to thyroid health, sex hormone or adrenal imbalances and various gut issues. I take a functional approach to health and wellness so often times, various symptoms in different areas of the body are related so improvement in one area affects another area and provides relief of other symptoms.

Maria-Paula's interest in nutrition started during her high-school years when she visited a Registered Dietitian in her native country of Ecuador. At that time, she realized her passion - helping others achieve their goals through healthy eating. Maria-Paula decided to embark on a journey and enrolled at Texas Woman's University to pursue her goals. As a Dietitian, Maria-Paula has been working with families from the start. She has provided services at Head Start, WiC, the NICU at Parkland Hospital and Children's Health.
