Hi there, I’m Carly (She/her). I’m so glad that you’re here! I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Licensed Dietitian practicing in Texas. I received a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition with a business minor from the University of Texas at Austin. I currently live in Austin, Tx with my husband, two children, and new puppy. In my free time you can find me enjoying beautiful weather (aka not the Texas summer) outside, going for long drives around Austin, and experimenting in the kitchen…and let’s be honest, probably at some school, social or extra-curricular related event for my kids.

I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. My goal is to help clients make peace with food. Whether you have been struggling with an eating disorder or are a mom looking to find peace at family meals, I am here to help. I have received specialized training in eating disorders, intuitive eating, women's health, pediatrics, and diabetes. I work with clients of all ages, including children who are picky eaters, adolescents with eating disorders or other nutrition concerns, and adults who are looking to improve their health and relationship with food.

Sofia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), Hormonal Imbalances (PCOS, etc.), and interested in Sports Nutrition. Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Nutrition is not one-size-fits all, and Sofia believes in the importance of having a client-centered approach and providing personalized nutrition care. Her past experiences have driven her desire to help others reach lifestyle changes in a sustainable and practical way.

Starla works with clients who are: need help with finding nutrition solutions that actually work with their lifestyle, want to add more nutrient-dense foods to their diet but don't know how to, want to save time preparing healthy meals, are running their first race and need more direction. Meet Anna, a Registered Dietitian who is Board Certified in Renal Nutrition and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Anna’s approach to her clients' health and wellness is designed to instill confidence and empowerment in their nutrition choices. She adopts a collaborative team approach to sessions, acknowledging that you are the expert in your own body and life. Anna will guide you toward achieving sustainable changes aimed at meeting your overall health goals!

Rosemary is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She completed her dietetic clinicals at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh.Rosemary credits her strong clinical foundation when applying evidenced-based medical nutrition therapy to clients one on one. She believes creating small changes over time will make a large difference - especially when it comes to nutrition! Working together, Rosemary will help you create an individualized nutrition plan to reach your nutrition goals.

Brianne is a registered dietitian who practices out of Health Loft. She enjoys working with clients to provide individualized support in reaching their health goals and achieving sustainable lifestyle changes. Her perspective is rooted in meeting a patient where they are at in their journey with no judgment. She believes wholeheartedly that the approach with nutrition, eating and health is not one size fits all and strives to support patients in each of their unique journeys, one step at a time.

Adena Is a Registered Dietitian who understands there is no “one-size fits all” when it comes to nutrition and takes pride in helping each patient develop a personalized plan that works for them. Adena focuses on balance through sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes vs. a strict dieting approach. In addition to designing a sustainable nutrition plan, she will also work with you to prioritize other foundational aspects of health, such as stress management, sleep hygiene, and physical activity. Working with Adena will provide a safe and non-judgement space that will allow flexibility and empowerment to reach your goals.

Allie also has special interest in working with client with ARFID and completing food exposure to help expand the number of accepted foods. Allie is also Licensed in the State of Montana and Wyoming,seeing clients virtually at this time.
