My name is Maria Aguero de Manunta, and I have more than ten years of experience providing nutrition counseling and therapy in English and Spanish, specializing in weight management, chronic diseases, cardiometabolic disease, eating disorders, gastrointestinal issues, and other nutrition-related issues. I am passionate about helping people learn about healthy eating to make unique, positive lifestyle changes. Suzanna is a Board Certified and Licensed Registered Dietitian. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Purdue University and completed her clinical internship and Masters of Business Administration at Dominican University. Suzanna has been a RD for almost 4 years and is an expert at pediatric and prenatal nutrition. However, she is the most passionate about helping anyone reach their goal.

I've been there; exhausted and stressed out where food is my last priority. I help clients identify simple, easy ways to support their bodies.

Because of my own personal health journey, I empathize with people who feel trapped and worried that their health challenges have become the new normal. I support my clients and make their voices heard in order to tackle the health challenge head-on.

As a former chef, I love food and helping people figure out ways to enjoy it… while simultaneously nourishing and respecting their bodies. Most of my clients choose to work with me to improve their GI function, enhance their metabolic health, and ultimately improve the quality of their life.
