Hello! I'm Sara, registered dietitian and owner of Zesty Nutrition. You may have found me because you have ADHD, autism, or both. Perhaps you're here because you want to heal a complicated relationship with food and body. Or maybe, you're ready to let go of your diet-centric beliefs about health AND lean into your neurodivergence at the same time! I am an anti-diet, weight-inclusive provider, and I'm here to help. As an ADHDer myself, I see it as part of my purpose on this planet to help you untangle the mess of food struggles, neurodivergence, and external expectations that are so very hard to navigate.

I absolutely love helping my clients do the difficult, often emotional work of processing food and body experiences through a neurodivergent-affirming lens. I show up to each and every client session armed not only with expertise and resources, but with empathy, compassion, and admiration for you, just for being here.
