Our passion is to help people who struggle with chronic dieting and eating disorders. We help develop a healthy REAL Intuitive relationship with food, by stopping the "food worrying" and labeling food as "good or bad" and becoming their own experts when it comes to listening to their bodies. Our approach is very unique and individualized. I am an experienced professional treating a diversity of patients and believe in treatment that includes a combination of evidence based therapeutic and dietetic practices. We will work together to improve your Diabetes, Cardiovascular, GI health, or relationship with food over time and help you to feel physically well. I have worked for many years with children and teens in addition to adults.
