Hello there! I take a holistic, food-first approach to health that is personalized to you. I'm passionate about preventative health, nutrition education, and fostering a healthy relationship with food and body image. I've earned two degrees in nutrition, a BSc in clinical nutrition and an MS in dietetics and nutrition therapy, and actively attend conferences and webinars to stay cutting edge in my nutrition knowledge.
My specialties are in nutrition therapy, eating disorders, and sports nutrition. From teaching fitness classes to working at various eating disorder recovery programs, I’ve spent a number of years helping individuals both support their health and reach fitness goals.
