My ideal client is the individual who believes that the road to health is not paved with medicine and has to decide to take their health into their own hands. Many of my clients come to me as the last resort on their journey of trying to overcome health challenges from autoimmune disease, weight issues, G.I. problems, hormone imbalances, diagnosed or undiagnosed symptoms that the medical community has brushed off. My clients want the complexity of their health and lifestyle to be heard and examined. I offer answers to their symptoms and real solutions to meet their bio-individual needs.
As a holistically-minded Functional Nutritional Therapy practice, I assess a client as a tripartite being and the functions of their body as a whole. I use evidence-based clinical assessments and labs to properly reveal underlying dysfunction or deficiencies to evaluate the health needs of an individual.
My passion for this work was born from my personal hardships with illnesses and my search for answers. I know how difficult to have hope when dealing with physical ailments.
