Pearls of Nutrition is a team of 9 Registered Dietitians each specializing in different areas of nutrition. We will meet with you for a 70 minute initial session and 55 minute follow ups to truly understand your concerns, provide nutrition education, and offer coaching around behavior change. While some nutrition education may be needed, often a lack of nutrition education is not the core problem, rather, behavior change is the challenge and our RDs work as a coaches and accountability partners through that behavior change.
