Not only are we clinicians trained in nutrition & diabetes, but we have the additional certification of Integrative Health Coaches from Duke Integrative Medicine. We focus on the mind, body, & spirit to help our clients support a healthy lifestyle. This means that we are especially skilled at helping our clients to be successful at behavior change.
We are unique in that we know what it is like to manage a chronic disease on a daily basis (John has been living & thriving with Type 1 Diabetes for over 30 years). Because of this, we understand the trials and triumphs that come with living with diabetes.
