We are a group practice of Registered Dietitians and Psychotherapists who blend Behavior Therapy with Medical Nutrition Therapy to help our clients become the best versions of themselves. Our clients are often referred by their physicians for weight loss, and they find so much more. Our clients find they can build a new relationship with food, so they are not triggered; they discover they can establish routines around exercise, cooking, and socializing that help them feel alive.
In Behavior Nutrition Therapy, you will expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week and not gain it back. You will have a meal plan that is realistic and nourishing. This is not a diet. Our trained professionals will help you set your goals, learn about affirming yourself and nurturing your behaviors, and set limits with a concept we call "food boundaries."
Our clients are people who have been shamed for their weight, have tried every diet in the book, and have gained it all back, and feel like failures. You are not a failure, and we will tell you why. We even have clients who have been on GLP-1 medications and are on GLP-1 medicines, and know they need guidance from a professional. We can help in this journey.
