My ideal client is someone who has tried to lose weight many times but feels overwhelmed, discouraged, or confused about what to eat—especially if they are using GLP-1 medications and want to make sure they’re doing it “right.” They may be struggling with low appetite, nausea, inconsistent eating patterns, muscle loss concerns, or frustration with slow or unpredictable progress. Many feel like their bodies have changed faster than their habits, and they’re not sure how to fuel themselves in a healthy, balanced way.
They want guidance —not strict rules, judgment, or complicated plans.
