I have a deep desire to help individuals achieve their long-term diet and nutrition goals. Whether you’re seeking help with healthy weight loss, prediabetes, gestational diabetes, diabetes management, chronic disease management, or preventative care to slow disease progression, I am here to help.
In some of my personal life experiences, I have applied what I have learned in my studies and training.The two with the most significant impact are being diagnosed with gestational diabetes during two of my pregnancies and having a son diagnosed with Crohn’s disease.I firmly believe that a healthy diet and exercise play a role in chronic disease prevention.​
