I work with clients to find peace with their relationship to food and body. I focus on eating disorders, disordered eating, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), GI issues (Crohn's disease, IBS) and other health concerns. I work in a weight-inclusive lens, which can mean we don't focus on the scale in order to improve your conditions. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds, and especially enjoy working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC, and those with multiracial identities. I believe everybody deserves inclusive care that centers their lived experiences.
I bring warmth, gentle curiosity, and a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach to my nutrition counseling to create a nonjudgemental space. I strive to create a partnership with clients and empower them to be in the driver's seat on their journey to find peace with food.
