I am a Registered Dietitian with over 7 years of experience. I believe that nutrition is one of the pillars of wellbeing and when we are looking to heal, either our relationship with food, or any illness we have to look at all aspects of our life. I strongly believe in the impact of nutrition, along with daily habits, has on creating mental, emotional, and physical health. I have had ample experience working with all age groups and health conditions, so this enables me to provide an individualized approach to each of my patients.
