With experience working in clinical dietetics, nutrition education, and eating disorder treatment, I've seen just how important a good nutritional foundation is for our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I see clients via Telehealth in my virtual practice to help with various concerns such as eating disorders and disordered eating, stress management, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, family nutrition (from introducing solids to picky eaters to growth and development), intuitive eating, health concerns (stress, cardiac issues, blood sugar management, etc.), or just a desire to improve overall health and well-being.

Adena Is a Registered Dietitian who understands there is no “one-size fits all” when it comes to nutrition and takes pride in helping each patient develop a personalized plan that works for them. Adena focuses on balance through sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes vs. a strict dieting approach. In addition to designing a sustainable nutrition plan, she will also work with you to prioritize other foundational aspects of health, such as stress management, sleep hygiene, and physical activity. I have had ample experience working with all age groups and health conditions, so this enables me to provide an individualized approach to each of my patients.
