She has experience helping those with chronic diseases manage their illness through medical nutrition therapy in clinical nutrition. Lauren also works with digestive issues, sports nutrition, disordered eating, and general nutrition.
Lauren is currently accepting new clients and provides personalized nutrition counseling throughout Maine and Massachusetts. She provides virtual telehealth nutrition counseling and most major insurances are accepted.
