There are so many messages out there these days that tell us what and how we "should" eat. These messages tell us to abide by prescriptive “diets” or practices, and can keep us from trusting or connecting with ourselves. If you’re ready to break free from diet culture, and are hoping to restore your relationship with food, body and/or movement, but are wondering where to start, I’m here to help!
I operate from non diet, Health At Every Size (HAES) frameworks. I aim to guide and support clients as they work towards become intuitive eaters who can approach food openly. I hope to empower my clients to reconnect with their body's wisdom, while fostering a more positive and sustainable approach to nutrition and self-care.
I provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your relationship with food, body, and movement. I look forward to working together!
