About
Feeling at peace with our eating habits and our bodies can feel rare in a world full of constantly changing messaging about what we should eat, how much, how often, etc. Working on your relationship with food, exercise, and your body can be transformational in building trust in your body's ability to tell you what it needs and your ability to listen. If you're tired of swinging from one end of the eating spectrum to the other, I can help!
I can help you to find a relationship with food that is peaceful. Where the guilt, shame, and "shoulds" are removed from your eating world and you can feel at home in your body. I operate from a non diet, Health At Every Size framework and teach my clients how to become intuitive eaters who can approach food neutrally and openly.
If you've recognized that spending large amounts of your time and energy worrying about food and body image is not in alignment with your values, I can help you to reclaim your headspace and learn how to feed your body in a pleasurable, healthful, peaceful, and sustainable way.
