Eating disorder & relationship with food/exercise/body image expert. Accepting new clients located anywhere in Michigan or Idaho. Do you feel overly rigid and restrictive with food? Do you feel chaotic and out-of-control while eating? Are you tired of chronic dieting or excessive exercise and looking for a more freeing approach? If so, I understand and know what these distressing feelings are like! While spiraling into anorexia nervosa myself about 15 years ago was a lonely, depressing, and confusing time, it gave me the empathy and passion to help others wrestling with their own relationships with food, exercise, and their bodies.
I specialize in helping people with disordered eating experience freedom and healing with food, exercise and body image. In our sessions, we will work together to restore and maintain nutritional health, identify and walk through the thoughts and behaviors that perpetuate disordered eating, and explore more freeing approaches to nutrition and wellness.
Whether you have been diagnosed with an eating disorder or just want freedom from consuming thoughts about food and your body, I would love to join you in your journey. I offer virtual nutrition counseling for clients anywhere in Michigan or Idaho and am currently accepting new clients!
