Eating Disorder Dietitian specializing in taking an emotionally & psychologically-attuned approach to nutrition counseling. I specialize in helping clients with eating disorders & disordered eating experience lasting healing and freedom with food, exercise, and body image. In our sessions, we will work together to restore and maintain nutritional health, identify and work through the thoughts/beliefs that perpetuate disordered eating, and move towards more freeing approaches.
