Improving my client's relationship with food is my mission. Through nutrition counseling, I strive to educate clients on what foods best fuel their body. I believe in the HAES (Health at Every Size) movement, and I take a non-diet approach in my counseling style. With 10 years of experience in eating disorder treatment, I believe I am best suited for someone struggling with an eating disorder, someone who is having trouble accepting their body, someone struggling to fuel themselves adequately, or someone who has been experiencing weight-cycling. I am also experienced in diabetes management and PCOS nutrition.

Most of my clients don't need to pay anything at all, as most insurance companies cover nutrition counseling but don't tell you!
