I help clients get in tune with their internal cues and learn to trust their body to guide them toward what, when, where, and how much to eat. We will utilize evidence-based nutrition counseling to help you perform better, heal your relationship to food, and feel present with friends and family. I especially love working with young adults & athletes.
I believe that each patient is an expert in their own body and experience; my goal is to help my clients become attuned to their bodies' signals. We will foster a relationship where you can feel safe, supported, and heard on your journey. In my free time, I enjoy trail running and hanging out with my dog. I am a HAES-aligned, LGBTQ+ provider.
