I offer a weight neutral, client-centered, non-judgmental, trauma informed and somatically oriented approach to nutrition counseling where we work together to explore and heal your relationship with food and body image. I specialize in working with folks who have eating disorders, disordered eating, diabetes, PCOS and athletes. These experiences help inform my nutrition practice and I’m excited to continue to learn from the clients I have the privilege of working with now.
I believe that no matter how many credentials or training someone has, no person is more knowledgeable about your body than YOU are. My approach is body based, meaning I include somatic work to support your nervous system and body as a whole.
