About
I am a dietitian and Board Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition, based in Chicago, IL, and I am deeply passionate about helping people with kidney disease. By working with me you’ll learn how to thrive on a plant-focused diet, slow progression of kidney disease, and enjoy your foods! I’ll help you let go of fears and misconceptions about the "renal diet", and gain confidence that you CAN manage your kidney disease and continue doing all the things you love – traveling, being active, and spending precious time with loved ones. I require a 3-month minimum commitment for our work together - this helps you get real, lasting results.
In my practice I'll help you understand the diet and lifestyle changes that preserve kidney function, and I provide support, perspective, and motivation to make long-lasting changes. I'll guide you to a better understanding of what kidney disease is, and how to address the root causes of your own unique disease process through dietary interventions.
Many clients come to me afraid to eat anything for fear of it damaging their kidneys, or just plain confused by all the conflicting information they find online. Does that sound like you? If so, I can help. We'll work through these challenges together and get you on a better plan within 3 months.
