As a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition and over 15 years of experience as a registered dietitian, I have implemented specialty nutrition-focused programs for gastrointestinal disorders, cancer, congestive heart failure, lipid management, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, weight management, bariatric surgery, and women's health. My approach for behavior modification starts with each client setting their own goals and providing motivation to achieve these goals. John provides one-on-one behavioral modification sessions focused on individual client needs. John also provides anthropometric measurements, blood pressure checks and metabolic testing through indirect calorimetry.
