Hi! My name is Kelsey and I’ve been a Registered Dietitian since 2014, licensed in the state of Illinois. I’ve always had an interest in food, which started in childhood. I was a very picky eater (sorry mom and dad!), and decided early on that I would be a vegetarian. As I’ve gotten older, I have expanded my food palate, but I’ve always stuck with the morals of eating foods that help me feel good and I believe that is a guiding principle of overall health.

In my undergraduate program at Benedictine University, I was awarded the community nutrition award; which is awarded to dietetic students that provide service to the community through nutrition. Fast forward a few years, and I have been a dietitian for almost 4 years. It is enlightening to see how much has changed since the beginning of my career. As well as how much I have learned and grown throughout while educating clients about their nutrition needs. Clients should expect to learn what steps to take in their lifestyle to achieve success with any nutrition change they set for themselves.

I am a Registered Dietitian licensed to practice in Illinois. I received my Bachelors in Nutrition Science with a minor in biological sciences from University of Illinois at Chicago. As an undergrad I participated in research related to diabetes, weight loss, physical activity and public health. I completed 1200 hours of supervised clinical training from Uchicago Medicine Ingalls memorial Dietetic Internship program. During my training I did research on nutrigenomics, diabetes, and weight loss.

Andrea Hinojosa is a Bilingual Registered Dietitian (RD), Licensed Nutritionist (LDN), and certified lactation counselor (CLC). She completed her bachelor’s at Dominican University and her master’s degree and dietetic internship at Loyola University Chicago.

Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. I am a Chicago suburb-based Dietitian who received my Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at Southern Illinois University. I completed my dietetic internship and received her MBA in Healthcare Administration from Dominican University in River Forest, IL. I worked over 10 years in an ICU until realizing her passion was preventative medicine and helping people get and stay healthy.
