Lizzie received her bachelor’s in nutrition and dietetics from The Ohio State University and went on to complete her dietetic internship at Loyola University Chicago. Prior to Allow Wellness, Lizzie has experience working in a residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels of care for eating disorder treatment. She also has experience in research, food insecurity and mental health acute care.
Lizzie is passionate about meeting clients where they are at in their relationship with food and believes all individuals are deserving of care and recovery. Her work is guided by her belief that all foods can be a part of a balanced and healthy lifestyle as she strives to help her clients develop a positive relationship with food.
Allow Wellness is currently offering outpatient group nutrition sessions and profession presentations. Lizzie aligns herself with Health at Every Size and All Foods Fit philosophies. Outside of her work at Allow, Lizzie enjoys traveling to visit friends and family, walks with her puppy and attending aerial silk classes.
