At Dear Nutrition we specialize in digestive health and eating disorders and have a particular interest in how the two intersect. For clients struggling with digestive issues, we help make changes to overcome pain and discomfort from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), bloating, GERD/reflux, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, ulcerative colitis, gastroparesis, and other GI-related conditions.
For clients navigating an eating disorder, chronic dieting, or disordered eating, our goal is to help you develop a better relationship with food. We use an Intuitive Eating framework and practice a non-diet approach influenced by the principles of Health at Every Size.
During our initial appointment we will review your health history and nutritional goals. We will then work together to develop a sustainable plan tailored to fit your personal objectives. At follow-up appointments we will review your progress and collaborate on next steps.
