My goal is to help you learn how to make peace with food and relearn trust in your body. I can help you break free from dieting with intuitive eating counseling. I offer eating disorder treatment for Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating, & disordered eating. I also offer body-positive yoga.
I practice with a compassionate, weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, non-diet approach. I blend Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, yoga, DBT, ACT, and more. More importantly, I value your innate wisdom and lived experience, and place you at the center of our work together. After all, you are the expert on you.
