Robert Hildebrandt, originally from Morris County, New Jersey, has moved to Ocean Country where he is able to specialize in Weight Loss and Diabetes Management. Robert teaches Diabetes Self Management Education Group Programs and Heart Disease Prevention Group Programs. He works with residents in all areas of New Jersey. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition from the College of Saint Elizabeth in 2016 then completed his Dietetic Internship at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland, New Jersey in 2017.

At VidaEats, we specialize in getting to know your specific needs and working with them to help prevent or delay kidney failure. Our goal is to reduce the amount of people who end up on renal replacement therapy (dialysis). If you are on dialysis, we can provide nutrition care in step with your in-center dietitian to help you feel more energized and improve your lab parameters.

My name is Caroline, and I'm a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping people achieve their health and wellness goals through evidence-based nutrition counseling. At my practice, I believe in taking a personalized, client-centered approach to nutrition. I understand that everyone's nutritional needs, goals, and lifestyles are unique, and I work closely with each person to develop customized plans that fit their specific circumstances.

Over my many years of providing Nutrition Therapy, I have learned how complex most people are. This has led me to continue my education beyond my Nutrition degrees into various certifications, including Diabetes Education, Integrative & Functional Nutrition, as well as the Monash FODMAP program. I have had a lot of success with guiding clients with IBS on Low FODMAP diets. Additionally, I recently completed a Digestive Wellness program in order to help with a growing number of clients with other GI concerns. As an Integrative Nutritionist, I use assessment tools that help me to look at clients in a more comprehensive way.
