I work closely with other medical & mental health professionals so clients can most effectively embrace a healthful, intentional & happy life.
I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, offering individual and group coaching. Additionally, I have been intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy & have a strong team approach. Not only do I work with individuals & families, I also provide cooking & meal support therapy, and offer lectures & workshops for clients as well as professionals.
