About
As a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), I specialize in educating and supporting patients to improve their health through changes in eating. I am also an expert in managing Type 2 Diabetes and PCOS. My goal is to help you avoid or manage current chronic health conditions in order for you to live your healthiest and happiest life. Change can be overwhelming and there is no "one size fits all" solution. I work with you in the context of "your" life and how "you" envision your personal health goals. Seeing an RD/CDE is considered "Preventative"/"Wellness" by Insurance and covered under your plan.
Type 2 Diabetes and Pre Diabetes is an epidemic. I teach you specific skills to manage Diabetes everyday to avoid future complications. Don't struggle on your own. Diabetes Education is always covered by insurance. The American Diabetes Association has announced: Every person with Diabetes needs to work with a Certified Diabetes Educator/RD.
