I am a Registered Dietitian licensed to practice in Illinois. I received my Bachelors in Nutrition Science with a minor in biological sciences from University of Illinois at Chicago. As an undergrad I participated in research related to diabetes, weight loss, physical activity and public health. I completed 1200 hours of supervised clinical training from Uchicago Medicine Ingalls memorial Dietetic Internship program. During my training I did research on nutrigenomics, diabetes, and weight loss.

She completed her training in Nutrition and Dietetics at Bastyr University which emphasized a root-cause approach to healing. Julia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with clients with PCOS, Pre/Postpartum Nutrition, Infertility, GI Disorders, and other areas. I was born and raised in Chicago, attended the University of Dayton for undergrad (Go Flyers!) and received my master's degree at Central Michigan University. I currently work at the University of Chicago as the liver transplant dietitian, specializing in all types of liver disease. I’m Carly - a RD-N specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, mental health, & body image. My clients and I work 1:1 at the outpatient level to support their individual health concerns. Not all of my clients have diagnosed eating disorders - some of them have developed habits over the years that they'd like to change, need accountability for their health and wellness goals, or thanks in part to media representations about how we "should" look or "should" eat or "should" exercise, they just got confused along the way of how to relate to their own body. Meet Sarah Hall: I am a passionate, fun-loving RDN who takes an empathetic, judgement free approach. I have a special love for sports nutrition, working with athletes or those training for races and challenges as I spent most of my life as an athlete and spent time working as an RD in an elite training center. As a type 1 diabetic I have a great enthusiasm for any and all diabetes patients, I understand the struggles and what it can take to manage.

I work with people of all ages, focusing on those struggling with eating disorders as well as working with people for prenatal and postnatal nutrition. There is a lot of pressure to eat a certain way and look a certain way, but everyone is unique and I work to help find what works best, and is healthiest, for you. I focus on understanding our thoughts, feelings, and actions around food and body image. I will provide you the tools you need to build healthy and sustainable habits around food and body image so that you can enjoy your life, minus restrictive thinking and behaviors.
