Located in Redwood City, we are a collaborative of clinicians dedicated to providing inclusive and stigma-free care to our clients. Whether you are new to nutrition treatment or have worked with dietitians in the past, we look forward to exploring how we can help you achieve your goals. We strive to apply the highest quality evidence-based treatments in a flexible manner, tailoring our services to each individual's unique identity and lived experience. We are pleased to offer nutrition counseling to children, adolescents, and adults.
Our registered dietitian nutritionists are Health at Every Size (R) aligned and focus on intuitive eating and body acceptance. Our approach incorporates gentle nutrition interventions as a part of overall self care. Please note that we do not focus on weight loss as a goal, as we believe this would be a disservice to your health and well-being.
We provide skilled, compassionate care for a variety of nutrition concerns. For clients seeking therapeutic support, our practice also includes therapists with whom we collaborate closely to provide weight-inclusive treatment.
