Through a combination of evidence-based functional testing, functional blood chemistry analysis, personalized dietary modifications, targeted supplementation protocols, and a keen empathetic approach, I aim to objectively identify imbalances and devise a tailored plan that is both results driven and attainable.

Years of investigating and rectifying my own digestive problems, hormone imbalances and chronic acne led me to where I am now: helping individuals better understand their body to finally find balance and relief.
