As a Registered Dietitian, I feel it is my responsibility to educate others on how important our relationship with food and body truly is. I recognize that in a world of ever changing rules and standards, simplifying the concept of health can be a breath of fresh air for many people. So, helping my clients re-discover their innate ability to listen to their body is a major part of the work we will do together.
I truly feel that a little goes a long way in all aspects of health. Whether I am focusing on a client’s physical, mental, or emotional well being, I will work with them to create small and attainable goals that don’t feel impossible yet still challenge diet-culture and all that it’s taught them.
I have worked with clients who have been diagnosed with Eating Disorders, as well as clients who just want to get a better idea of how to create a healthier relationship with food. I am only human, and I promise to continue to show up as one and support you along your food journey!
