All clients are ideal...they come with their own individual nutrition issues. As a Registered Dietitian it is my hope that we can come up with a plan of action to meet their needs. By giving the client time to communicate what they have been dealing with and coming up with goals together....the support can come in a gentle and nurturing environment. Many clients come in not knowing what to expect or are scared of making changes. That is not unusual. Helping them see what they can accomplish and breaking it down into manageable pieces can decrease the anxiety of coming in.

I have dedicated my career to working in the mental health field helping clients with various degrees of disordered eating. I utilize a non-diet approach with a focus on mind-body connection and balanced nutrition. In every session, we focus on what your needs are in the day to day, but also how nutrition is impacting life on a greater level. I listen to my client's needs and partner with them to create realistic, obtainable goals. Since becoming a mom, I also love assisting people with busy schedules find short cuts in their routines to create easy, affordable, weekly menus and grocery planning.

I am a Clinical Registered Dietitian and specialize in renal disease, diabetes, GI including enteral (Tube Feedings) & parenteral nutrition. In addition to my private practice, I am currently working as an acute care clinical dietitian at Olive-View UCLA Medical Center, & as an Organ Transplant Dietitian at Keck Medical Center of USC & an outpatient Dialysis Cedars Sinai Medical Center; additionally, have led outpatient diabetes education and weight loss and bariatric education classes at Olive View UCLA Medical Center. My goal is to help & teach my patients how to make nutritionally sound food choices to speed the recovery process.

Because of my own personal health journey, I empathize with people who feel trapped and worried that their health challenges have become the new normal. I support my clients and make their voices heard in order to tackle the health challenge head-on.
