Hi there! I’m Angela, a registered dietitian who sees clients in Greenbelt and Columbia, Maryland, as well as virtually across the US.
My interest in nutrition began in high school when I noticed how much easier it was to excel in classes and sports when I ate more nourishing foods. With my clients, I like to focus on teaching them how to eat to feel and perform your best in their everyday lives.
As an adult, I realized that cutting foods out of my diet only ever made me feel sluggish and deprived, not energized and focused. I’m passionate about teaching my clients how to maximize their nutrition goals by adding foods into their diets, not taking foods out.
