I'm an Intuitive Eating and HAES-aligned Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in pediatrics; specifically infants, toddlers, and young children. Much of my professional experience involves providing services to participants at the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC).
I strive to foster a healthy parent-child dyad regarding food relationship, body diversity, and food exploration for little eaters. I greatly enjoy creating a positive conversation around family feeding while working to break down mealtime barriers and highlighting how beautifully unique our kiddos truly are.
Let's be honest though, some days, raising kiddos is downright difficult! However, our conversation around food and experiences at mealtimes don't have to be.
