Hello! I am a California-based Registered Dietitian with the group practice, Karuna Wellness Studio, who sees clients both virtually across the U.S. Karuna is a group practice specializing in nutrition and movement services through a anti-diet, HAES-aligned, weight-neutral approach. We integrate the pillars of lifestyle medicine and nutritional psychiatry to serve as health advocates for our clients, promoting both physical and mental health. I truly enjoy helping clients explore their relationship with food, movement and their bodies.
While supporting my clients, I enjoy forming genuine connections, providing individualized support in a safe, judgement free space. When I am not working, she enjoys slow mornings with a book and a cup of coffee, walking the beaches in San Diego and checking out different restaurants around the city.
