Hi! I am so happy you found this space. My name is Ally and I am an anti-diet, health at every size, and intuitive eating aligned dietitian. I specialize in working with individuals on improving their relationship with food, heal from disordered eating, and support digestive health concerns. During our work together you can expect a welcoming and accountable environment to be open and curious about your food experience and concerns.
I offer 1:1 sessions virtually that last 60 minutes for initials and 45 minute follow ups.
