If you are a person that struggles with an eating disorder, chronic dieting, body image dissatisfaction, over/under eating, or emotional eating, I am here to help and you are not alone in this journey. I believe you can love your body and food simultaneously. It is possible for you to have a healthy relationship with food and your body so you can enjoy your life again.
I am a registered dietitian and I offer nutrition counseling at Enhance Nutrition Associates, based out of Charlotte, NC. I am currently located in Bozeman, MT and offer virtual nutrition counseling in both areas. My goal is to help repair your relationship with food and your body one day at a time using an Intuitive Eating and HAES approach.
I am passionate about helping each client with their individual needs and creating a safe space for you to share your story. I believe you know your body best and I want to help give you the care you deserve that aligns your beliefs/values. I provide guidance and insight that best supports you.
