By giving the client time to communicate what they have been dealing with and coming up with goals together....the support can come in a gentle and nurturing environment. Many clients come in not knowing what to expect or are scared of making changes. That is not unusual. Helping them see what they can accomplish and breaking it down into manageable pieces can decrease the anxiety of coming in.

I utilize a non-diet approach with a focus on mind-body connection and balanced nutrition. In every session, we focus on what your needs are in the day to day, but also how nutrition is impacting life on a greater level. I listen to my client's needs and partner with them to create realistic, obtainable goals. Since becoming a mom, I also love assisting people with busy schedules find short cuts in their routines to create easy, affordable, weekly menus and grocery planning.
