Spanning the age spectrum, from her founding her own practice as Youth Sports Dietitian LLC to her 19 years in geriatrics as a clinical dietitian, Emily is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist licensed in Illinois and Missouri and Certified Youth Nutrition Specialist. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Central Missouri State University, graduating as the chapter’s President of Kappa Omicron Nu Honors Fraternity. Her didactic practicum was completed at Jewish College of Nursing and Allied Health in association with Barnes Jewish Hospital and Washington University.

Chelsea believes in an individualized, whole-person approach when it comes to achieving overall wellness. She provides a collaborative and non-judgmental space, meeting clients where they currently are in their own health journey with the use of gentle nutrition methods.

As a Registered Dietitian for over 20 years, I am committed to providing excellent nutrition therapy services with compassion and inclusivity. I have witnessed the harm caused by chronic dieting and eating disorders, and maintain expertise in eating disorder recovery, utilizing a Health At Every Size approach. In addition, I respect the science of nutrition and stay abreast of best Medical Nutrition Therapy practices for diabetes management, cardiovascular health, and general wellness.

Emily believes food to be the ultimate form of connection and strives to help her clients find deeper satisfaction, joy, and peace in their relationship with nourishment. Rachel works with clients on individualized, science-backed dietary strategies to achieve sustainable, long-term health. She received her Master's in Clinical Nutrition from NYU and completed clinical training at The Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan. Her nutrition philosophy is centered around optimizing the gut microbiome, the trillions of microorganisms inhabiting our gut. In applying this, Rachel helps others improve their health and prevent or manage chronic conditions.

Dan utilizes a compassionate and empathetic approach, combining his understanding of human behavior with evidence-based nutrition science. He provides personalized counseling, recognizing that every client has unique needs, goals, and challenges. Dan has a particular interest in addressing the emotional and behavioral aspects of nutrition and lifestyle, intending to empower his clients to make sustainable changes.

With over a decade as a dietitian and 7 of those years specializing in functional medicine, my experiences have shaped me into the dietitian I am today. My passion lies in helping people with chronic issues find relief with the power of nutrition and lifestyle changes. I enjoy working with individuals with GI issues, food sensitivities/intolerances, autoimmune disorders, hormone imbalance, thyroid issues, adrenal fatigue, and a variety of other health issues. I completed my training as an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy in 2017.

Lisa feels strongly about meeting patients where they are in their health journey and helping them set realistic goals. She enjoys being able to help her patients fact check social media and influencer opinions to factual scientific evidence.

Jeani helps you find joy and pleasure in foods that serve you and help you achieve hormone health naturally. She will help you find ways to add in healthy foods that fit your preferences, lifestyle and time constraints in a culturally sensitive manner. Jeani takes a non-restrictive, weight inclusive approach to hormone health and believes everyone can all eventually practice intuitive eating once you know how to support your body's needs.

Kristine is passionate about helping her patients to become more mindful and intuitive with food with taking any health issues into consideration. Everyone is unique and different, so no one diet will work for everyone. She will support her patients to find what works for them to improve their eating habits and is very passionate about what she does.

Crystal values each patient and where they are at in their journey. Crystal has a holistic approach to nutrition and likes to look at the whole picture. Since Crystal has a background in marriage and family therapy, Crystal is trained to look at patterns and relationships and does this through a nutrition-focused lens. Crystal strongly believes in the power of intuitive eating and a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach.

Eliza is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She received a Master’s degree in Public Health and Nutrition from the University of North Carolina Gillings School of Global Public Health and completed her dietetics training through the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Coordinated RD program. Eliza has experience providing nutrition care in a variety of settings, including eating disorder treatment, group practice, and long term care. Eliza practices from a non-diet, weight-neutral approach, caring for the whole person.

Michaela is passionate about eating disorders, disordered eating, and helping rebuild relationships with food and body. She strives to create a judgement-free zone in navigating nutrition to manage health and chronic diseases, while working from an all foods fit/non-diet approach.
