So much of what I do involves being a detective, trying to discover the underlying reason for health challenges and the root cause of illness. I am a licensed naturopathic physician that practices integrative primary care. A 1992 Bastyr University grad, Dr Forwell offers a wealth of experience from her 29 years in naturopathic primary care. She is a pioneer of Regenerative Injection Therapies employed to treat pain from injury & overuse. Chronic sprains & strains, osteoarthritis etc are treated with these needling techniques referred to as Prolotherapy, PRP and embryonic Stem Cells as well as Mesotherapy & Neural Therapy. She was a founding board member & instructor at the Naturopathic Academy of Therapeutic Injections, has advanced training from the American Association of Orthopaedic Medicine & conducts doctor training courses around the country.

I provide adjunctive care in a virtual setting to patients undergoing conventional cancer treatment. The customize treatment plans created for my patients significantly reduces side effects and increase effectiveness of chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation therapy.
